*Experience with Cisco and Avaya PBX and Mobile UC solutions is highly desirable.

Requires strong technical acumen in all areas of IP telephony network design and troubleshooting, such as complex routing protocol configurations, quality-of-service, VPN infrastructure, VoIP, WAN protocols, MPLS, and multicast

Solid understanding of Linux based operating system installation and administration. Familiarity with command line SQL database manipulation a plus.
