Brenda Boehm, Chief Executive Officer and President 
Brenda Boehm is a recognized leader within the telecommunications industry with over 20 years experience in wireless and wireline telecommunications. Prior to Tango Networks, Ms. Boehm was an Executive Leader for Cisco System’s industry leading Hosted Cloud Solution where she directed the Hosted Collaboration Solutions Product organization. Before Cisco, Ms. Boehm was VP of Business Development for Starent Networks, a highly successful private start-up in the mobile multimedia service provider space that went public in 2007 (NASDAQ:STAR) and was acquired by Cisco in 2009. During her career, she has held key leadership and executive positions with Nortel Networks, Citizen Communications and TECNet. Ms. Boehm is an alumni of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, holds a MS in Telecom from Southern Methodist University and a BA in Computer Information Systems from the Louisiana State University at Monroe.
Andrew Silver, Co-Founder and CTO 
Tango Networks was co-founded by Andrew Silver, who now serves as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Silver is an entrepreneur and business technologist with over 20 years in the telecommunications industry. He has held various senior management and director roles within large and small companies in the wireless industry including Ericsson, Nortel Networks, Comverse Technologies and startup Spatial Wireless (acquired by Alcatel). He has received multiple corporate and patent awards, and is an accomplished speaker at leading industry forums on wireless networks and services. Mr. Silver holds an MBA and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, and numerous patents in wireless telecommunications.
Charles Derrick, Chief Product Development Officer (CPO) 
Chuck Derrick has over 20 years of leadership experience and a record of accomplishment in the delivery of voice and data networks, including mobile and fixed wireless technologies. Prior to joining Tango Networks, Mr. Derrick headed the Engineering and Operations for Cyneta Networks, creating and deploying wireless service quality management products into Europe and China. Prior to Cyneta Networks, Mr. Derrick was Vice President of Engineering and Operations at IPmobile and was instrumental in bringing the company’s 2.5G/3G wireless router product to market, leading to an acquisition by Cisco in 2000. Prior to IPmobile, Mr. Derrick held several executive positions with Nortel Networks and various design and systems positions at IBM, Hitachi, and NCR. Mr. Derrick holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
Gilles Allain, SVP, International Sales
Gilles Allain has more than 20 years of international business leadership in the mobile telecommunications industry, spanning core and radio networks, embedded software, mobile phones, and applications. Prior to joining Tango Networks, Mr. Allain was the Vice President of Global Sales at BroadHop, and held leadership positions at Cellon, Symbian, and Nokia Networks. He began his career as an engineer and project manager at Ericsson. Mr. Allain holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the French INSA, an MBA from the Sorbonne Graduate Business School (Paris, France), and is an alumnus from the IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland). He also served as Board Director of the Open Mobile Alliance from its inception until 2004.
Jordan Brand, VP Accounting and Controller
Jordan Brand serves as the Vice President Accounting and Controller for Tango Networks, bringing over 25 years of financial leadership experience. Previously, Mr. Brand was the Vice President of Accounting and Controller for Enfora, Inc., where he handled all aspects of accounting operations. Mr. Brand has also held various finance positions at Alcatel-Lucent, and has experience as an independent consultant. Mr. Brand holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Theory and Practice from California State University, Northridge, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
