How do we get started as a reseller or find out more?

What types of companies are interested in this solution?

Our solution applies to enterprises which have a significant proportion of  mobile workers and have at least one PBX, IP-PBX, UC or VoIP system.  Abrazo is in use with Hospitals, Universities, Financial Service Agencies, Manufacturing Facilitys, Transportation, Government groups, and many more.

Does Tango provide Marketing support?

Yes. Tango provides electronic copies of available marketing materials.

Does Tango provide Technical Support?

Yes.  Tango will provide Tier 3 support to Reseller for the current version of the Licensed Products and the immediately preceding version for a period of 12 months from the release of a superseding version.

Will Tango provide leads?

Tango will use commercially reasonable efforts to generate leads with Customers and Prospects from marketing programs conducted by Tango.  Tango will provide information about Customers and Prospects in the Reseller’s territory.

Does Tango provide training?

Tango will provide basic sales training session(s) to Reseller at no cost and will make available additional paid training programs for Reseller’s sales representatives, sales engineers, support engineers, technicians, and trainers at Tango’s offices or at Reseller’s offices.

What products are available for resale?

Current products available for resellers are the Abrazo Mobile Unified Communications and Abrazo Sip Trunking Controller.

Who provides installation of equipment?

Reseller shall be responsible for providing installation services for the Licensed Products that Reseller sells to Customers and End-Users.  Reseller may contract with Tango to provide professional services in support of such installation services.
