Reseller Guidelines

Reseller’s of any Tango Networks’ solution must adhere to the following guidelines.

  • Be in the business of providing, reselling and distributing communications solutions to enterprises, distributors, and/or carriers.
  • Be able and willing to market and distribute Tango Licensed Products.
  • Be responsible for providing installation services for Licensed products or agree to contract to Tango Authorized Installers.
  • Maintain sufficient records to monitor RTUs and notify Tango if any customers exceed purchased RTUs.
  • Attend designated training sessions within allotted timeframes.
  • Appoint at least one Sales Representative and Sales Engineer as primarily responsible for Tango Licensed products across all territories.
  • Register leads with Tango Networks in order to manage conflicts among resellers.
  • Represent the products accurately and fairly in its communications to Prospects and other Customers.
  • Attain at least 80% of gross revenue targets for designated periods.
  • Agree that it will not: (a) engage in any deceptive, misleading or unethical practices that are or might be detrimental to Tango or its products or services (including without limitation any disparagement of Tango or its products or services); (b) make any false or misleading representations with regard to Tango or its products, or services; (c) publish or use, or cooperate in the publication or use of, any misleading or deceptive advertising materials; or, (d) make any representations, warranties or guarantees to any third parties with respect to the specifications, features or capabilities of the Licensed Products that are inconsistent with the Specifications and Documentation for the Licensed Products.
  • Pay in full all sales, use, excise or similar governmental taxes imposed by any federal, state, or local governmental entity upon the fees charged the Reseller.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality with regards to any proprietary.
