Glenn Etherington
Glenn Etherington is chairman of Tango’s board audit committee. Mr. Etherington is currently chief financial officer for eCommerce Industries, Inc. Previously he was chief financial officer for MetaSolv Software, Inc., directed its IPO, and was instrumental in the company's eventual sale to Oracle. Prior to joining MetaSolv, Mr. Etherington spent eleven years as chief financial officer and secretary of Brite Voice Systems, Inc., and directed its IPO and subsequent public stock registrations. Before joining Brite, he held various accounting and financial positions, including chief financial officer with American City Business Journals, Inc., where he participated in two public stock offerings and various mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Etherington was a certified public accountant and spent four years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. He has a BBA with an emphasis in accounting from Wichita State University.

Joseph W. Farrelly
Joe Farrelly is presently senior vice president, chief information officer at Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. He has held the position of executive vice president and Chief Information Officer at Aventis, Vivendi Universal, Joseph E. Seagrams and Sons and Nabisco. His experience covers the pharmaceutical, consumer products, entertainment, financial services and IT software industries. Mr. Farrelly is a member of the board of directors for Aperture Technologies, Inc. and NetNumber, Inc.

T. Curtis Holmes, Jr.
Curtis Holmes is lead independent director on Tango Networks' board of directors. Mr. Holmes served as president and chief executive officer of MetaSolv Software from July 2003 to December 2006, returning the company to profitability and leading the organization through its sale to Oracle Corporation. Previously, Mr. Holmes served as president and chief operating officer, overseeing significant global expansion initiatives and acquisitions, including acquiring operations support systems software assets from Nortel Networks in early 2002, and acquiring London-based Orchestream Holdings plc in 2003. Prior to joining MetaSolv in January 2001, Mr. Holmes was vice president of the Intelligent Network unit of Lucent Technologies. Under his direction, the Intelligent Network product group achieved significant global expansion, market leadership position, and sustained revenue growth and profitability. He has more than 20 years experience in the communications industry, including progressively responsible positions at AT&T Networks Systems and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Mr. Holmes received an M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern University. Mr. Holmes also holds a seat on the board of directors for Elanti Systems.

Nigel W. Jones
Nigel Jones is a partner with TWJ Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm specializing in early and expansion stage new ventures. Prior to joining TWJ Capital in 2006, he was a principal at the Carlyle Group, which he joined in 1999. Prior to Carlyle, he was an associate in the technology group at Goldman Sachs & Co, based in San Francisco and Menlo Park. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) from Harvard University. Prior to business school, Mr. Jones served for four years as a communications officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Zounds and Swoozie’s.

Paula Schmitz, Ph.D., J.D., M.B.A., C.F.A.
Paula Schmitz is the secretary of the Company’s board of directors and general counsel. She has extensive experience in technology-based companies, handling a variety of legal issues including patents and other intellectual property rights, as well as healthcare and technology licensing. Dr. Schmitz has worked in both large law firms and as inside general counsel to technology companies in biotechnology, software, hardware, internet, medical device, wireless communications and healthcare. In addition to her legal background, Dr. Schmitz has an extensive professional background in corporate finance, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) and an arbitrator for the N.A.S.D. Dr. Schmitz earned a law degree from The University of Texas at Austin, following her completion of a Ph.D. in finance as well as a M.B.A. also from The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Schmitz earned her undergraduate degree from Davidson College.

William J. Turner
Bill Turner is managing director of Signature Capital. Previously, Mr. Turner served as president and chief operating officer at Automatic Data Processing and was president of Texas Instruments’ Consumer Products Division. Earlier in his career, he held systems engineering, marketing and senior management positions at Sylvania Electronics and Digital Equipment Corporation. He served on the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and currently serves on the boards of several private venture capital companies including Acoustic Technologies, Helium Exchange, NetNumber, OurStage, Tranzip, VIRxSYS Corporation and ZOUNDS.
