Tango Networks provides mobile unified communications solutions, including but not limited to Tango Extend for Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, eSIM activation services, global mobile coverage, and related telecommunications services.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Tango Networks, a Tango Networks employee, or any other person

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Tango Networks and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tango Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
